Traditional design isn't exclusive to one particular era. It can be more accurately summarized as an amalgamation of old world art and architecture with modern components. Traditional design allows for a lot of freedom when choosing colors and furnishings. Traditional design can be experimental and playful or calm and familiar.
What can you expect with Traditional designs?

For the furnishings?
Well, that's entirely up to you. Feel free to incorporate what you see as a celebration of 18th and 19th century art.
